60 Yrs Old Woman Breaks Record as Ghana’s oldest Primary School Candidate

Madam Elizabeth Yamoah is the oldest candidate writing this year’s Basic Education (primary) Certificate Examination (BECE) in West Country of Ghana .

 

The 60 years old woman has set the record straight and by writing the ongoing BECE , she has become the oldest pupil writing this year’s primary School Examination best known as “BECE” in Republic of Ghana and more likely in  of the whole West Africa.

According to Madam Elizabeth,  while answering questions from Daily News Ghana correspondence, a news tabloid base in Ghana.
She’s not given up on her plans as she hopes to pass the examination.

This  60 years old woman has become a symbol of inspiration and courage among
Ghanians for taking a bold step to defeat illiteracy despite old age.

Congratulating her efforts ,  a popular Blog page on Facebook , by name  Ghana Black Star of Africa wrote ”

Madam Elizabeth Yamoah (60 yrs) has successfully completed her Basic Education Certificate Examination BECE) at Agona Odoben Presby JHS.
